Cutting Process Using Turbine Cut App

This guide provides a step-by-step process for cutting printed batches using the Turbine Cut app. By following these instructions, you will be able to efficiently load, transfer, and execute cut files for your batch, ensuring a smooth cutting process.

Start by opening the Turbine Cut app. Log in using your employee pin and click on "Load" to begin. This step prepares the app to receive cut files.

After logging in, the app will start downloading the cut files. Be prepared for this to take some time, especially if there are many jobs queued. For example, a batch with 38 jobs may take a while to complete.

Once downloaded, the cut files will appear in the cutter folder. You will have all necessary files for the batch in one place.

Take a flash drive and plug it into your computer. Open the folder containing the cut files, select all, and drag them into the flash drive. This step is crucial as it prepares the files for transfer to the cutting machine.

After transferring the files, eject the flash drive from the computer. You can now move to the cutting machine. At the machine, plug in the flash drive, scan the individual jobs, and initiate the cutting process.
