It includes detailed steps on managing consultations, handling leads, and conducting credit analyses. By following this guide, you will be able to replicate the processes and effectively manage your daily sales responsibilities.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Starting the Day
As soon as I clock in, I open all the necessary sites, tabs, and tools required for the day.
Accessing the Follow-Up Tab
I mainly open the Excel sheet first and navigate to the follow-up tab, where I can find the list of leads scheduled for the day.
Clocking In
I clock in at 8:30 AM. From this time onward, I am responsible for taking consultations.
Preparing for Appointments
If I know there is an appointment at 8:30 AM, I usually clock in a bit earlier to prepare.
Dialing Leads
For a lead scheduled at 9:00 AM, I use the UMA application to dial their number for both outbound and inbound calls.
Re-Dialing if No Answer
If there is no answer, I dial again.
Sending No-Show Message
If they still do not answer, I send them a no-show message template to inform them that we tried to reach them.
Updating the Status
After sending the no-show message, I update the status in the Excel sheet to reflect that they were unavailable.
Conducting the Consultation
During the consultation, I need to review their credit report to perform a credit analysis and discuss how we can assist them.
Preparing the Credit Analysis
The credit analysis should ideally be completed before calling the lead, provided they have sent their logins in advance.
Requesting Logins
If the logins are not sent prior, I ask them to provide the logins over the phone and conduct the analysis while on the call.
Holding for Credit Analysis
I place them on hold for three to five minutes while I perform the credit analysis.
Accessing Credit Monitoring Account
Once I receive the login details, I access their credit monitoring account.
Reviewing Different Credit Monitoring Sites
I utilize various credit monitoring sites such as Report Identity, Identity IQ, MyScore IQ, Smart Credit, or Credit Hero for the analysis.
Analyzing the Credit Report
During the credit analysis, I review the credit report, focusing on negative accounts and factors that may be impacting their credit scores.
Conclusion
This guide provides a structured approach to managing daily tasks as a sales representative. By following the outlined steps and utilizing the provided screenshots, you can effectively perform consultations, handle leads, and conduct thorough credit analyses.
