💡 Purpose:

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to share your Google Calendar to display your availability to others. This process involves sending a calendar link via email, which allows the recipient to view your calendar once they accept the invitation.

✔️ Procedure:

  1. Send the Calendar Link:
    • Begin by sending an email invitation to the person with whom you want to share your Google Calendar.
    • In the email, include a link to your calendar.

  2. Accept the Calendar Invitation:
    • The recipient will receive an email with the calendar link.
    • Upon receiving the email, the recipient needs to accept the invitation for your calendar to be accessible.
    • Once accepted, your Gmail calendar should appear under the specified name (e.g., "CareRight").
  3. Display Your Availability:
    • After the recipient has accepted the invitation, they need to locate your calendar in their calendar list.
    • They should check the box next to your calendar name to display your availability.
