Use Case
This procedure is used when a tax-related issue or request needs to be officially documented and tracked through the organization's ticketing systems.
Workflow
Step 1: Form Submission
Access the form submission link provided in the tax request channel in Slack.
Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the form.
Submit the form to generate a new ticket.
Step 2: JIRA Ticket Submission
Open JIRA and create a new issue.
Set the project to "tax".
Optionally, add yourself as a watcher or assign the issue to someone else (note that there is a rule to unassign automatically).
Complete the summary and description fields with the necessary details.
Ensure any relevant attachments are included in the thread.
Click "Create Issue" to finalize the submission.
