Workflow
Step 1: Dashboard Overview
When you start, you will see a dashboard that displays projects by member name. This view is personalized based on the logged-in user, ensuring you only see your assigned projects.
Step 2: Initial Project Setup
Select your project from the dashboard. The current project status will show as "Upload to TaxGPT," indicating that you need to begin the first task by uploading relevant documents.
Step 3: Uploading Documents to TaxGPT
Download necessary PDFs such as BTR, trial balance, and work papers. TaxGPT only accepts PDF formats, so ensure your documents are in the correct format before uploading.

Proceed to generate a new report in TaxGPT by dragging and dropping all required documents.

Step 4: Reviewing and Correcting Flags
After uploading, check if TaxGPT flags any documents as missing or incorrect. If so, re-upload the documents to ensure all files are correctly processed.
Step 5: Finalizing and Reporting
Once all issues are resolved, finalize the project status. Ensure all tasks are marked as completed before changing the project status to ensure visibility to relevant parties.
